In the shadows of the archway, a man looks out onto the Court of the Lions, the main court of he Nasrid dynasty Palace of the Lions built between 1362 and 1391. The unique Fountain of the Lions with its 12 lion figures is part of the Jewish contribution to the Palace, which encompasses the influence of many eras and religions.
